The Function of Jokes: A Study

If you told Asian twins that they look alike, could it be considered a racist remark?
It seems my blog will become (even more) stagnant now because Tabulas had just been blocked by our office IT. Brilliant. And yet, Friendster, Multiply, Facebook, and other social networking sites are still up. Not that I'm really complaining. Haha. Oh well.
If this is what it takes to be wise, I'd rather be a dimwit! Fuck!
Ang sakit ng ngipin koooo. Putanginang wisdom tooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooth koooooooooooooooooooooooo!
... to come to the office on a Sunday and finding out that the reason for your depression is also there.
I went to dinner with her and her team, drunk and out of it. And I think I had just dug a deeper hole for myself. Hooray.
Was caught off guard last Tuesday and ended up saying yes to a favor asked of me (or should I say suckered in? Sweet-talked? Especially as she had that lovely a voice.). Wondered why I ever put myself up to the task in the first place while looking at the clock that read 1AM earlier this day. Decided to leave the package on her desk instead of meeting up personally to deliver it. Received a [half-hearted (I think)] thanks from her along with an invitation to have dinner. Figured I'd rather give in and get it over with than look bitter by declining the offer. Found out a little later that it won't be just us two like that one time; it was to be a group dinner with her team. Am now thinking of passing up a free dinner at CPK [to try (and most likely fail at it)] to get a point across to her. We'll see.
Imagine: For me to consider knowingly missing something that's free.
